I'm incredibly happy not only with the pendant itself, but also with the customer service I received from this company. I'd waited too long to order the pendant to give to my son whom I don't get to see very often, and was going to visit over a holiday weekend, and I was afraid I wouldn't receive it in time. I emailed the company to ask if there was a way to have it expedited to me, assuming my request would simply be ignored or overlooked. Much to my pleasant surprise, not only did they see the email, but they immediately put it in Priority mail to me, practically the same day I emailed them! I received the pendant in plenty of time to give to my son. Who loves it, by the way. Way to go, Uncle Seal! Great quality gift, and superb customer service. I'll remember this experience!
